Deep House Jazz Fusion

It wasn't planned. We were playing — somewhere between jazz and nothing in particular, just feeling it out. Then someone connected a phone and dropped a deep house groove into the room. No discussion. It just happened.

And something shifted. Live instruments over that pulse — marimba, upright bass, guitar, saxophone — found their place immediately. Naturally, inevitably. The groove gave them ground. They gave the groove a soul.

That's the sound here. Deep house that breathes. Jazz that moves.

Smooth Jazz Deep House Night

Deep house groove as the foundation. Over it: piano, nylon guitar, marimba, taking turns in solos and jazz patterns. No verse, no chorus. Each track constantly evolves, shifts character, changes feel — without ever losing the pulse underneath.

Balkan and Persian melodic touches appear and disappear. The bass has a blind spot in the lower notes that you feel more than hear.

Put it on. Don't skip. It takes you somewhere.

Jazzmen at Deep House Jazz Festival

Imagine: a deep house festival. A headliner on stage. And then, unannounced — jazz virtuosos walk out and join in. No rehearsal. Just solos over the groove, one after another. Saxophone, upright bass, whatever they brought with them.

It never happened. But it sounds like it did.
